I/We hereby require you in accordance with clause VI of the Schedule to the Indian Electricity Act. 1910, within one month of such longer period as the Electrical Inspector may allow from the date of this requisition to supply energy for the premises owned/occupied by me/ us and situated within the area of supply specified in the Licence 19. I/We further require you to supply me/us with the necessary meter/meters on hire in terms of section 25 of the Indian Electricity Act. 1910. I/We agree to give you such security as may be required for the price of the meter/meters when ever called upon to do.

Note :

1.      The applicant is requested to complete the clauses reterring to this requisition to strick out the clauses which are in applicable.

2.      Under clause vi (i) 1^st provision of the schedule to the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 the licences shall not be found to complete why any such requisition unless and until the person making it.

a)        Within 14 days after the service on him by the licences of a notice in writing in this behalf tenders behalf to the licences a written contract in the form approved by the State Govt. duly executed and with sufficient security binding himself to take the supply to energy for not less than two years to such amount as will assure to the licences at the current rate charge by him an annual revenue not exceeding 15 percent of the cost of the service line required to comply with the requisition and.

b)        If required by the licenses so to do, pays to the licenses the cost of so such of any service line as may he lad down or placed for the purpose of the supply upon the property in respect of which the requisition is made and of so much of any service line as it may necessary for the said purpose to lay down or place beyond 30 40 meters (one hundred feet) firm the license’s distributing main although out on that property.

In line of the line of the contract to in Note-2(a) above the licenses is prepared to accept a declaration in the following subject to deposit of any required securities by the applicant.

 

 

DECLARATION

 

I/We hereby declare that/ we desire to have and agree with the licenses to supply of energy of the above mentioned purposes for a period of not less than two years from date of commencement of the supply and to be bound by the provisions of clause VI the schedule to the Indian Electricity Act.1910 and by the license’s charges appropriate tarrifs applicable to me/ us and conditions of supply as are from time in force.

In the event to extending service connection to my premises by the Supply authority if any valid objection is raised by any of my neighbours, the supply authority shall have the right not to extend Service connection to my promises.

 

It is further declared that subsequently if any objection is placed before the supply authority by any of my neighbours or any other competent authority regarding the land/ way over which the aforesaid service connection extended the supply authority shall have the right to withdraw the aforesaid service connection along with accessories of service connection and energy meter etc. from my premises without any notice and intimation to me.
