“NOTICE
INVITING TENDER”
Quotations in sealed covers
superscribed as “Tender for Vehicle Hiring” are hereby invited from registered
owners of Commercial Light Motor
Vehicle (Maruti Omni Van) to be hired by Dist Health & Family Welfare
Society (TB),
Quotations with the following
details and photo copy of Registration, Road Tax, Fitness & insurance
Certificate must reach the undersigned on or before
TERMS & CONDITIONS :-
1)
Maruti Omin Van model - 2008
onwards would only be considered for the purpose.
2)
Security deposit for Rs. 3,000/-
(Rupees three thousand) only in the form of D/Call on any nationalized
bank/TSCB/TGB shall have to be furnished by the tenderer.
3)
No other additional charges
(Driver’s salary, night halt, road tax and insurance premium) will be paid by
the hiring authority.
4)
Owner should engage licensed
driver and manage the garage locally at his own
responsibility.
5)
Bill in duplicate along with
details of journey should be submitted to the undersigned monthly along with the
signed log book for making payment.
6)
Taxes, (Vat, IT etc) will be
deducted at source, as instructed by the Government from time to
time.
7)
A well maintained and
comparatively new vehicle will be preferred.
8)
The contract will be for a period
of one year, subjected to extension of contract by another one year based on
performance/services of the vehicle.
9)
The undersigned reserves the right
to let off the vehicle at any time without showing any reason to the
owner.
10)
The vehicle will be used on daily
basis for approximately 25(twenty five) days per month.
